"Hmm? Expressing familiarity with situation? Interesting," Raniero remarked, having caught Cyril's comment about some 'Ten Year Bazooka'. Not that it was hard to do so, given his proximity to the duo. The light-haired young man hobbled over to Daisuke's side. Continuing to ramble to himself in order to gather his thoughts, Rani added, "Name of mystery device also interesting. 'Ten Year Bazooka'. Implying time travel theory correct?" He put his hand to his chin and looked up in thought as he began to pace in front of the new Japanese student, still continuing his analysis of the situation to the taps of his crutch on the ground.

"However time travel tech not public. Implications... unpleasant," as Rani mused as he looked between Cyril and Daisuke, "Scientifists? Ha. No. Improbable. Entertaining thought, however. Paramilitary? No again. Not disciplined enough. Would follow protocol. Actions too brash." He stopped and thought again. He glanced at the two once more. 

"...Criminal?"
