Vera was slightly stunned at the boy's expression of disgust when she had waved to him, but was then relieved when he explained what had happened and told her his name. She stifled a chuckle, though the amusement she had gotten from the awkwardness that 'Jideh' was displaying as he fumbled for a way to answer her was clearly written on her face. "It's a pleasure, Jideh," she replied softly, but with a bright smile, hoping to make him feel more comfortable. "It's alright, I understand, and no worries love, you're doing fine. Although I don't think you should be eating the chairs." She leaned in closer, her eyes lighting up as he went on to tell her more about himself and his abilities. "That's sounds really interesting. I'd love to see what that's all about after this is over. Guess you can show me then. I could show you what I can do too, if you're alright with a few minutes of flash blindness, that is." Vera then let out a soft snicker before whispering again. "I'll see you later then." Turning back to the front, she was excessively aware of the rustling of the leaves of her seat. Vera wondered if she'd ever get used to this. [@Kalleth]
