"Well they could, they do have camera's at the launch.  They put camera's in cuz lots of people were dumping trash in or across the river, though it has been years since it was such a bad habit by people out here."

He rigs up a hula popper with a swivel and 3 feet of steel leader.

"This lure here is one of the best lures you can use and it is also a very easy to use one.  We will teach you how to cast an open face reel."

He stands up on the boat.  Being a flat bottom, it is sturdy.  He flips the wire on the top of the reel up and holds the line in place.  Looking behind him he brings his arms back and with some force whips the rod forward and releases the line, casting the lure a good 8th of a mile out.  Flipping the top piece back in place he sits down.
