I just ran an analysis and I'm just going to go ahead and give you a parts list for a new PC instead of trying to upgrade this thing. You'd need a new PSU since this one doesn't draw enough power and at that point, I might as well make it cool.

If the motherboard actually works, technically $0.00, since CPUs have graphics processors built in, but you can spend about a hundredish bucks for a great new GPU. However, if this were a laptop, then it would require a replacement (pretty much replacing the entire laptop) since the parts are soldered in. Can you give me a description of the issue and the model number for your PC?
