[@Polybius] If Klosk starts to recognize that under Reva's rule, things aren't really panning out, he could, depending on his personal relationship with Reva, press for reforms to better the system.

Assuming they aren't particularly close, Klosk might wish to either secede from the empire, or possibly overthrow the current government.

So those are possible plotlines.
