Even if the players decided to coordinate two characters with quirks that similar, their characters probably would not appreciate having someone exactly equal to them. It would all be up to the guys making the characters, but just from a personal standpoint, I wouldn't be super thrilled if someone else picked a power just like Eir's. That's just me though, obviously. [/hider]
