"Oh, okay, I see, it's just going to be pile on Felix day, huh? Come on, gimme a break, I helped, didn't I?" Felix asked in a jovial tone as he swatted gently at the poking hand. "I mean... Even if I did... Kinda get lost at first because I'm bad at the whole smoke signals thing..." "Ladies and gentlemen, my protégé," Emmerich sighed as he stood up. "In any case, much as I'd like to stay around for the meal, I'd like to get back and put together a report on today's incident." He explained. "Well, I hope you kids don't get into trouble. And Miss Katherine, if he causes any issues, you have my graces as his CO to give him a good smack on the head." With that, the older man climbed atop his steed and rode off into the sunset. Like a hero. "... Huh. How dramatic." Felix said, scratching the back of his head as he looked up to the sky once more. "Anyway, just... Thinking of trying to change up things, you know? Do something different. I guess it's safe here though, to just... Try it." He kept his eyes wide open, looking to the stars, which were just barely visible in the darkening sky. "Hm... Hey..." He pointed up. "Look at that. It's a meteor shower!" Sure enough, the starts of a meteor shower were visible in the sky.
