[@Mega Birb] There was a certain someone in God's Shattering, who kept trying to imply his character had a shared backstory with important NPCs. This did not end well for him. As Deva's general "Wait, who? Why do we care? Can't you just kill him?" when Torag tried to bring up Greg with her implied, Greg is really not that big a deal in the Nexus. Nobody is a big deal in the Nexus until they actually prove themselves on the field of battle. And trying to make yourself into a big deal by trying to establish that important NPCs actually care about you when there seems to be every indication they don't (Deva, Lucille), does not seem like something that will end well. I mean, MAYBE, Eos will be the one that goes "Oh yeah, you're actually a threat", but somehow I doubt it. Personally, I'd much prefer if you established yourself as a threat, by, you know, doing threatening stuff. Like, how Artoria suddenly became a threat by being sneaky, and humble, and opportunistic, and actually stealing the powers of a faction leader. I imagine after Greg eats a faction leader, people will start taking him seriously. [@KoL] Sadly, when has anyone ever paid attention to AoE attacks, until after they've been badgered in the OOC several times? However, this time, most people, (The only exceptions being giant robo T-Rex, Nanite, and maybe Lillian) have the excuse of A. Being on your Faction, and thus immune, or B. Being inside the factory, and thus immune, unless you've blown over the factory, finished the fight, and we can all go home.
