Okay so as far as I can tell it is looking good. 

His Will is going to be largely dependent on his race and magic. I typically recommend Unnatural Will for non magic characters, Potent for magic blend characters and Greater for Magic dependent. Though there are plenty of reasons for using other measuring guides for Will IE, they are an Elder Sidhe or something like that. 

As an extension of this you need to make a decision about if you want him to use magic or not. We have seen strictly tech characters in the past they work just fine. *Eyes MR*

As for a God you don't have to have one but If you want a recommendation, Check out Orcorum, Qtelneick, or Xandrius. In theory you could check out one of the members of the Twilight Council but that is a dangerous road since tensions between the descendants of Stygian colonials are...not looked upon favorably. So the Twilight Cults can be problematic
