She takes a bit of time in the morning to keep herself looking nice, but she doesn't spend hours doing her hair or makeup. She stands at an average 5'7" and weighs 138 lbs from the muscle toned from her high school activities; swimming and tennis. Kiran also likes to think that she dresses fashionably despite not being a big fan of dresses. Her wardrobe consists of anything from a more cool and effortless look to a bright and flowery one depending on what she's feeling like.[/indent]

Kiran is a loving soul. She's been taught to love others no matter what, though many times it's difficult. She is really close to her parents. Their story and relationship is what inspires her to one day marry and have children of her own, though she still has a ways until that is accomplished. Kiran really cares for those less fortunate than herself and who have been discriminated against. She hates seeing others suffer and wants to do everything in her power to help them. This is why she works so hard to become a doctor. Not only does it fulfill her parent's desire for her to have a successful and stable life, but it also allows for her to help others.

Kiran is always optimistic, trying to see the best in people and situations. She is a problem solver, so even the worst situations do not deter her. Though not everything goes to plan. When Kiran falls, she falls hard. When she well and truly fails, she can become disheartened. At this point only those closest to her can pick her up out of her short rut. Usually this is her parents. She works hard to make sure this doesn't happen.

Kiran prefers to be social. Being around others always makes her happy and she loves to listen to others. She's supportive of other's decisions even if she disagrees with it. She'll make her case on why it's a bad idea, but sometimes it's best to let others experience and make their own minds up. Kiran loves to keep things light hearted and happy, but if a friend is feeling down, she does her best to make them feel happy.

[indent]Kiran's parents were in an arranged marriage. Though, this wasn't necessarily a bad thing. Preethi and Aditya became very close and were a perfect match for each other. Soon after marrying, the two moved to America to raise a family. However, they weren't exactly rich, so Kiran was born in India and lived there a few years until they could move. From there, Kiran lived a normal life. Well, at least for an Indian immigrant.

Kiran has always been a hard worker. She's spent most of her high school career building up her college resume. She's participated in multiple sports where she's won a few awards and has tried her best in music by learning to song and no play the piano, but her music ability never got anywhere past adequate. Kiran always pushed herself academically, and has been fairly successful, but not always. She participated in the International Baccalaureate program, and is still anxiously awaiting her score. Both her and her parents have high expectations for her, so sometimes it's difficult to accomplish her goals.

After graduating, her family came over from India to celebrate her accomplishments and wish her well as she goes to Johns Hopkins University on a scholarship that pays for almost everything. During the large celebration, Kiran's uncle on her mother's side surprised her with an expensive trip to a summer camp. This uncle had always been a bit eccentric. He was flamboyantly gay and had many "sugar daddies" to give him everything he could ever want. So while it was surprising, the gift was kind of not surprising at the same time. So while she isn't a big fan of rich people, she's really looking forward to the opportunity of meeting new people and seeing why this summer camp is so expensive. I mean, it's just a summer camp?
