I would recommend starting with a character submission [url=https://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/163667-character-submissions/ooc]here[/url], [@Mercenary Lord]. Given you seem to want to make multiple characters and an unofficial group, you can fill out one sheet for them all and focusing on their leader. Once approved, this is in fact the right place to pose those sort of questions and see just who you can get involved as well as make your attempts to do so.
