[INDENT]A shell of what he once was, Tetsuo has now reverted to a shy and timid boy after the tragic events of his family. He's grown distant to just about anyone and tries to avoid violent confrontations. Despite this,
Tetsuo hasn't given up on his dream of following the footsteps of his father. One of the few times you'll actually seem him speak up is if you speak badly or even speak of his father. [/INDENT]
[b]Background:[/b]
[INDENT]Tetsuo was born into your average family consisting of a mother, father and single child. His father, Tatsuya Hyakuya, owned a construction with Tetsuo's mother being the VP. With their combined Quirks, they were the perfect couple for a construction company. His father had drill for arms while his mother had a vibration quirk that allowed her to quickly demolish buildings. Combined they gave birth to Tetsuo, the one thing they valued most in life. 

Everyday life was good for the Hyakuya family, money was coming in and the jobs kept on coming. But ofcourse things always turn for the worst at unexpected times. A local crime ring came to the family, in attempt to extort them of everything they had. Tetsuo's father was a take no shit kind of guy and wouldn't stand for this. In an amazing display of teamwork, Tetsuo's father and mother defeated the low gang and were made into local heroes. It was here where Tetsuo's father got a taste of his dream, the life of a pro hero.

And so he did. Tetsuo's father became a hero through different means and handed over the company to Tetsuo's mother.. While not registering as a pro hero,Tatsuya still donned a costume and fought villains locally. The majority of the villains hated Tatsuya but one in particular hated him. A crime syndicate boss detested Tatsuya, the man born with a smile. Time and time again, Tatsuya foiled the boss's plans and attempts to smuggle in drugs to the neighborhood. After having enough the crime syndicate boss decided to attack him where it hurts, his family. After a horrific series of events,Tetsuo's happy family was torn to pieces. His mother was killed and his father was left severely brain damaged. However, the syndicate wasn't left unscathed with many of it's members dead and the boss missing. The sole survivor of the massacre was Tetsuo, unable to speak or even remember the events that happened. 

Fortunately, Tetsuo had a distant cousin, Samada Isinui. They were the only ones who were willing to take in a silent nine year old. By this time, Tetsuo's Quirk had already surface and was nothing but problems for their family. Tetsuo grew up to be reliant on Samada, seeing him as an older brother and often relying on him for many things. Even going so far as tagging along with Samada to the same academy as him.[/INDENT]

[b]Quirk:[/b] Spiral
[INDENT]Tetsuo's quirk is a strange one, as it resulted from his parents' but turned into something practically different. One of the most apparent feature of Tetsuo's quirk are the black markings on both his arms that spiral downwards from his elbow to wrist. When using his quirk, his arms start to shake violently and these lines begin revolve; given the pattern they have, they give off the illusion of an endless loop of a continuous spiral. When it this state, Tetsuo's arms generate excess force and can only be released via physical contact. Those at the other end of Tetsuo's attacks would feel this as a spiraling force that grinds into them like a drill.[/INDENT]


[b]Talents/Skills:[/b]
[LIST][*]Being the son of a construction mogul, Tetsuo was capable of being a foreman by the age 7. He has a deep knowledge of buildings along with being able to find weak points in most structures. 
[*]Tetsuo is very observant of his surroundings and of those around him. Thanks to this, he often thinks ahead when he's in combat and tries to find weak points in defenses.[/LIST][/hider]
