Hmmm.  I was kind of worried that might be the case, but figured we could just start with either the character's heading to the island and noting how much activity, or the individuals wondering about either learning what's going on, reacting to what's going on, or just trying to get in and out with all the marine activity around the area.  But if others have trouble I could always tweak things.  No worries :)
