[b]Answer:[/b] The simple answer is no, in that player characters cannot manipulate reality on that scale and their characters cannot be in multiple places at once. For the purposes of continuity and simplicity, all players are effectively moving forward at the same time. You cannot circumvent time or go back into it. As for a multiverse, it is a [i]known[/i] quality in the universe but not an applicable one. No one is quite sure how to do it with any reliability or control.
