[@RoflsMazoy], considering that we're playing roughly in and around Manhattan after the Magic Came Back, I'd say that power presents some practical problems. A huge floating fortress would be a nice set piece, but I'd say no to it as a player's ability. What would happen when the character's weakness was brought into play, for example?
