[i]Auz already had his sword cocked back for a swing, and in two winks he'd be at the edge of Magnix's reach, still sprinting at full steam with no intention to stop. Could Magnix try to lower his blade and run Auz through? Could work, might work. It seemed cut and dry, something seen countless times on the telly. The one who charges in like a madman usually gets nailed with ease. Auz, who had lived for centuries, surely knew better. 

There was something fishy going on, but scarcely any remaining time to consider it. The closer Auz got, the greater the chance he had of being able to beat Magnix to the draw.[/i]
