Well, in Gunter's eyes these Law Enforcers are a bunch of self-righteous jackasses.Yes, their mission may be important but the party's own mission is more critical in that if we fail the universes will all die anyway. Forcing them to choose to either damn everything and continue to fight them or enact damage control while the party shoots them in the back is the plan B option.
