Yeah. Once we get things rolling we'll work on the villain you proposed, as far as getting an OOC up, should be late tonight or as late as Sunday night or Monday morning depending on what days I have off this coming race week. 

On a side note - I'm gonna take Outreach out of this for fear I made him too similar to the current Superboy. We'll keep all of the Engine City stuff from that CS but I plan on reintroducing a character I used in a few games on the old forum called Plex. Basically he's a multiple man who can temporarily absorb the mass of reabsorbed duplicates for short term giant growth. I'll probably use his old background as a government sanctioned hero in the Allies before moving to Engine City, though I can't remember his secret ID or age or anything from the old Allies games LOL
