[@Madrigal] I'd like to request that you change the name of your leader since in the OP I did say "no having Karl Franz lead the Empire" which extends to other races as well. Also, please do remove the mentions of Sigmar and other stuff such as that since to my knowledge there are no Sigmar worshipers in any nation of this RP.

[@BangoSkank] Skaven also got stuff under most major cities like the empire alone I can think up of Altdorf, Nuln, Marianburg and Middenhiem. Whats preventing full scale invasion most of the time is that the Skaven are too busy fighting among themselves and there's also an unspoken truth where the Empire's leadership refuses to acknowledge the existence of the Skaven hives under the cities since they fear the masses will panic while the Skaven believe themselves to be truly unknown to the world above and often assassinate anyone who speaks of them publicly.

All of those things you mentioned are perfectly feasible and acceptable provided they're well written, apologies if the OP or what I said previously didn't say that. And I did mention that I would heavily prefer to see name changes and new characters for certain.
