Normal: Neal has thick red hair and deep brown eyes which seem to star into your soul, he has horrible scars on his face from a car accident when he was a child. 

bio: When he was a kid he got into a car accident and pieces of glass made horrible scars in his face. He's had to go out like that, he's always been ashamed of it. Like the others in out band of misfits the ring chose him saying "your time has come, Neal Pierce of earth." (where my first post would begin). He is taking his new found powers quite well. 

personality: Neal is a very quiet person, usually staying sitting in the back of the room not doing anything but listening. He goes home and gets online. Helping out people on the internet.
other:
