I'm fine with him having swift release as long as we have a mutual understanding that he just uses it to be faster, but that it isn't like body flicker as in instantaneous movement to the point where he might as well be teleporting. As long as that's clear I don't think it'll be a problem.

That's fine. I'll just change this part of his history as a whole and put it in a more generic way, without making reference to villages. 
As for the swift release, that was pretty much what I meant for it to be anyway.
