Just a question, so I was thinking of a character who helps with the rebuilding, but not so much with the whole hero vs. villain thing. So I gave him some Time Manipulation powers that are very taxing to use offensively so he only uses it for getting roads and buildings back into shape but nothing else.

That alright with you guys?
