This ... this had it's uses. Though as 'Maoin' reassumed her sweet voice the mage had to make a comment. "Aside from me possibly getting used to this?" Compared with the fox's demeanor from earlier, a servant like Maoin would have been much easier to keep around. And, well, there were plenty of cat and dog girls on the street that had been abandoned for various reasons. Why hadn't she bothered to help one of them out? That wasn't why Selvina was here, though. The mage sighed before looking into those treacherous wide eyes and found herself revealing the truth. "I guess I still care about her a little, alright?" It seemed that the noble had prepared themselves to be made fun of for the entire situation. "I used to ..." Selvina gave out the encounter with Myrilla, explaining the circumstances surrounding it ... throughout the entire thing she was rather emotional despite trying to downplay how upset she was at the entire event initially. She expected for the fox to start laughing again by the time she wrapped her tale up. "I guess I hope this could be a new start, alright? I wasn't willing but I might as well take advantage of it. Please don't tell anyone else." The kitten was about to prepare a reply to Luna, though the dragon replied to Lady Lightsword before she could speak any further. Maoin's frown expanded as the dragoness somewhat ignored her, instead attending to her own mage and giving her the rest of the day off more as a message to scram. It wasn't her owner's job to deal with her being a little upset, was it? And one of her responsibilities as a servant was not to get in the way - the kitten gave out a respectful curtsy towards her otherwise occupied lady, collected the coins, and then quietly left the room and shut the door behind herself. Maoin sighed as she traveled out towards the town, seeming to be a little dejected as she headed towards the town square as suggested. Perhaps Lady Sorcha simply would talk with her later, and wanted her kitten to distract herself for the moment? And besides she hadn't had a day to herself for quite some time after spending so many exhausting hours working under her new mistress, so why not enjoy the oppurinity. She had never had so much work time with - - Lady Gwynn? The kitten froze as she heard a familiar voice interrogating various people about the location of someone short and dark skinned. It was a little confusing, but as the voice was coming towards her the cat focused in on her surroundings. She heard two higher pitched voices conversing near the center of the square - if her former mistress was seeking a child, the cat had likely found them. The cat started to think quickly about what she should do, but as she filtered through her thoughts the flow of the crowd left the two of them standing practically alone and looking at each other. Maoin had a relatively blank expression as she had been looking around towards the others. What was she going to say to her mis- no, Lady Gwynn, now? And why did her stomach feel like it suddenly had a pit in it and her veins filled with some sort of fire? She felt violent, she felt the need to punch this woman in front of her. The expression maintained it's cold façade for about ten seconds as the awkward silence grew and the two observed the other. Lady Gwynn seemed more boyish, more pirate like, and even a little more tough than before. Her former owner would likely see the cat had grown a little more muscle and even a little more confidence as she stood and moved her eyes straight into those of the one who abandoned her. Then the cat eventually broke the status quo by walking straight towards her lady, stopping about arm's length away - just slightly inside Lady Gwynn's personal bubble - and tilting her head back to maintain eye contact with the noble woman in front of her. She tried to keep any emotions from showing and allow the other woman to respond first as her ears and tail stood upwards with intent. Fia seemed a little perplexed by Ritsa's first comment regarding fluffiness, though let out a sigh of relief as her hair was released and the girl introduced herself. The phoenix raised an amused eyebrow as she addressed Livia as an old lady, though when she requested to know the name of pretty? The Phoenix blushed a bit more as she realized that she was the one being referred to as 'pretty'. Fia seemed to suddenly become shy as she found one of the booth stands a little interesting and took a step backwards towards Livia only to feel a hand pressed against her back to prevent her retreat. "... m-me ...?" Eventually she managed to find a way to respond as she looked somewhat towards the girl in front of her. "... I-I ... named ... Fia ..." That hadn't been that long ago, had it been? The crimson haired girl wanted Ritsa gone, and Livia wasn't really letting her fall back. There was one method that would work, however. The teddy bear was extended by Fia's arms towards Ritsa. "... Y-you can have ... Fluffy ...?" It hadn't occurred to the the small teenager that Livia might be upset with her so readily giving away her prize in order to distract the other girl.
