[@Bishop] Innue is actually correct to a certain extent tho? I mean, he's already OP asf but the simple fact that he wastes lots of energy gives him an enormous disadvantage against some specific enemies - As an example, Oinins using the Secret Technique: Mist Rain or pretty much anyone that can drain chakra - making it hard for him to he effectively in the top 10.
That being said, he seems to be OP as fuck against taijutsu and normal Ninjutsu users. The guy is practically an EVA with chakra...

P.s. I'm rather curious about how genjutsu would affect him rn
