[@Bishop] Yep I read that part, still potentially seeing him needing a power boost, but I'll leave that up to you if you aren't comfortable. I still see a large variety of techniques that he would be able to be hurt/hindered by - even in the taijutsu and ninjutsu realms. 

Definitely could be obnoxious for Wind Release people though. I think they and depending on the taijutsu user would have the hardest time.
