So basically he becomes a swirling mass of ever changing material which could take any shape and bend and attack in anyway while moving with extreme speeds bouncing from left to right to any direction effectively catching anyone off guard with it's erratic movement and behavior and general unpredictability.

Basically yeah, a missing-nin. And you don't have to read all the cs. Just go to the combat section and read there. But only the skills and special traits. If I'm allowed to shapeshift as I have in mind, just ignore the signature moves for now.
