Possible concept, summons weapons as an ability. Was a criminal and was eventually brought in for the SOLDIER program. He worked with a crew, he was the tools man, always had the right piece of equipment no matter what situation might come up. A mole got in their ranks, there was a shootout, most of his gang died. He lived because he knew it was better to surrender and live to fight another day. He does something in prison, not sure what yet, to get the attention of those who select for the program. Probably a Blue Aeon, maybe another colour also.

Does that sound like something I could mold in to a working character [@Rockette]? I don't wanna invest to much just to have you tell me summoning weapons isn't something that can happen. And to make it clear, in my head they're weapons made of psychic energy, not actual weapons he'd summon out of nowhere
