It was gross insubordination as it's worst. Especially now. They needed to pack, clear out the ship, and more. And the girl just wandered off. Not girl, a twenty-six year old woman. Didn't inform her Captain or her second in command where she was going. Didn't Gene just pull that a few days ago and nearly get killed? There were a thousand and one things to do on the ship and Daphne had not lifted a finger. If it didn't involved flying she didn't seem to think there was anything to do. What made matters worse was Dorothy didn't do anything about it either. Just let her waltz off. She was second in command, she was supposed to handle the crew as well. In fact she was to be in charge while Anisa was dealing with the sale. Yet she just turned and let her sister wander off and did nothing. Anisa stood there fuming as the sisters walked off in their own directions and Harper went to do what he was supposed to do. The Alliance member was proving to be more responsible and trust worthy than her own staff, her so called crew, people she had taken a bullet for. The woman was going to break something or someone very soon. As Harper came back she gritted her teeth. "Pollocks, tell him Anisa sent you. Down in Haven District. But don't go anywhere yet." It was obvious Anisa had gone from business to kill mode in the time it had taken Harper to pack. "You might want to go through our former crew members things, Camilla. She had a collection." Anisa was trying not to lose it. It was not the time. "Watch for our buyer. I have to deal with something. If you hear gun fire, you were promoted to second in command." It was blunt and cold as she spoke. Turning on her heels and storming off into the ship. As she did Atticus gave Foy a thoughtful look, he was right. People in his line of work were supposed to be gifted with gab and the ability to get people to have faith. Atticus was a different sort of Preacher though. "Dorothy! Captain's office! Now!" Anisa's voice rang out over the ships intercom. There was no disguising the anger in her voice. Atticus looked up and chuckled. "Simplest way I can put it, it is never a dull moment. Give it until the next planet and have a little faith. A man such as yourself never wants to live with regrets," he said lightly as he took a hold of a few of Foys items that were packed up. "And not at all, be glad to help." Whether Jahosafat was up or not was up for debate but the yelling of Anisa through the com was enough to rouse the dead and he suddenly sat up straight. Eyes wide open and if he had a tail it would have been very bushy. Jumping Jahosafat. His nick name seemed to fit him very well. Looking around wildly he spotted Dorothy standing there and cleared his throat as he adjusted his vest. "I dare say Miss, it would seem you are being paged." He sat there for a moment frozen before standing up quickly and beginning to gather his things. The man was odd but at least he seemed on task, as best as one could from being roused from a dead sleep that way. The water probably would have been a kinder way to wake up. Anisa leaned back against the Captains desk with her arms crossed over her chest. In her mind she kept telling herself to be calm but calm was not really in her vocabulary.
