So how is everyone doing anyway?

Sorry for the delay in my post - like I said giving ample time for the post I was waiting on and also, my new job is so complicated and the learning curb is almost vertical - so i've been very drained and tired. Suffice to say the days of posting all day long are behind me, but definitely still want to make the time to participate here as much as I can.
