[@Arawak] Thanks for updating to the new format! Some thoughts, and note, I'm not trying to be nit-picky, but to clarify my view of how strong something potentially is.

Modular Body seems more like a 4 due to how expensive such a body would be; it definitely goes beyond standard augmentations.

Expert Pilot is probably a 2, as it is described as a highly trained skill and there is nothing supernatural about it.

Backups are essentially immortality, although a crude form of it; I'd say that warrants a 4 instead of a 3.

Nanotech Repair Capsule is on-demand healing; right? Could you expand on its capabilities?
