He hands her the white and grabs the blue, taking over a crudely drawn naked man.  Calling out to Ele he says.

"Poor guy, he is like a child."

Pointing at the picture with a laugh.  In a wide spray he begins spraying the wall with the blue, laying out a wide base.  Grabbing a black he layers it over the blue, causing them to mix and run a bit, dragging a tool through it to blend them.
