[@ZeroCuero] Sure, we can appropriate a lab to your character. Though it will probably be like a converted residential space, as the peninsula is primarily residential. 

As for everybody else, I was out much later than I had planned to be. However, tomorrow is mostly a free day so I'll get back to working on getting the OOC up, and I will address the character sheets that have been sent via PM.
