I have it as open. Players could jump from Evenshire to here, back and forth, I wanted to give players some more toys to play with besides *generic fantasy town*. Something could develop to a story here if you or the other mods wanted to step in, I left a couple of hooks in the description. I PMed Harbinger before I posted this.
