Theodore nodded at Wick, crouching to help her in retrieving her hawk off his shoulder. She was the only one he would have to do something like this for, her being the only member of the party shorter than him. While a lesser man might find it troublesome to be shorter than one's allies, Theodore paid it little mind. He had grown in the grace of Light and the Light had chosen him to remain at this length. It helped in hiding, too, when the optimal strategy came to it. Leaving these thoughts behind, he followed as the fellow Aasimar sent her familiar on its way towards the settlement they saw further before them. On the order to be still, Theodore reflexively hopped down on one knee and prepared his crossbow. Realising that it might be a bit too much he slowly and somewhat awkwardly placed the crossbow back on to his back and followed the hawk's mission with naked eye. The templar prided themselves in their quick combat reactions, but right now might not be the moment to be quite that prepared. "Wick, I don't think it's that dangerous to be honest..." To be fair, the settlement didn't seem like there would be that much threat to it. There would likely be warriors that knew how to handle their weapons, but there was no reason to outright assume them to be hostile. If they had a hall like that, it could well be a gathering place for many, thus meaning outsiders would not immediately be thought of as thieves. However, he let her have her moment and soon enough she muttered the words "I see." [@Gordian Nought] - Shared thoughts with Wick
