[@Infamous Empath]Depends on the type of insanity.  She's devoted to getting as many followers for her "god" as possible, no matter what she has to do.  She'll prefer not to kill people, since the dead can't join (at least until she gets some necromancy) but will kill if she or her party are threatened.
