My invisibility is exactly what it can be at tier 5, not impossible to see but difficult, much like your Predator example.

If what you're saying however is that your character is standing still and shooting the moment he sees my character, your character would have claws in his body before he pulled the trigger. Its only running backwards that's saving you.
