Good CS. Pretty clear, even if the Backstory isn't all that long, but that's fine too. Much easier to read :P

There are however, 2 points I'm a bit uncertain about;
The turning into a cloud, would you mind giving me the details on what that'd entail, time, limits, etc?
And then, the death goddess thing (no. 3)
The not-quite so devastating winds, are these still supposed to drain the souls out of people, or...?

Basically it's the properties of those 2 moves. Other than that I'm pretty okay with the sheet as-is.
