[i][color=004b80]Beneath Notice[/color][/i] - Neesh’s power allows him (alongside people with who he can make contact physically) to make people unaware of the user’s/target’s presence. Power functions by having people be subconsciously focused on things the surrounding crowd or background, allowing him to move in plain sight while others are unaware of Neesh’s existence in the area.  

It has clear limitations on what it can and can’t do, however. The first thing that Neesh discovered is that his power is not an illusion, nor is invisibility. The power still enables somebody to hear and see him, the only thing it helps the user with is blending into whatever area he is in and being outside the person’s attention for a longer period. Once the person is aware of his presence, Neesh has to stay out of the sight for an approximately full minute before power takes place again. It does not erase his existence in an individual’s mind, but it requires them to locate him, which may allow him to avoid the target.

Power can stay active for long periods of time, with the recent cap being roughly 4 hours, although the time limit gets strained the more people are affected by the power. He can “blend in” the chosen target at the cost of half his usual time per person affected (so he alongside three other people would mean only 1 hour of power working as intended). Once the threshold is reached, the power would start draining on the Neesh’s mind, suffering from increasing pain in their head. Symptoms are light headache at early stages of overuse, to the painful migraines which can begin disrupting his use of powers.

[i][color=004b80]Worth Notice[/color][/i] - Hybridization of his unique power and one inherited from his mother. The branched power involves the creation (and tightening) of bonds with people. By making physical contact with power active, he and the (un)fortunate individual establish a psychic link with each other. Typically, the connection only provides small benefits, like sensing a shift in the partner’s mood, and can be easily cut off at the early stages of the power. When taken the heritage of his powers into account, the power has the potential to manifest into something much more potent. 

With enough time and growth between two people, the power can begin empowering the pair (sharing six senses, perfect sync, strengthened mental state). Because of his inexperience regarding the power, as well as not having had many opportunities to experiment with it, the full capabilities and limits of the connection established by connection has not been explored. As such, how the power manifests with training is unclear and may take a radically different path, for benefit or detriment to the ones sharing it.
