[@ChickenTeriyaki] The world summon's come from don't support human life. Some might have a human like appearance and tendencies but they do not share much of our needs. They actually have to return to their world when tired to gain energy, only Dark class summons can survive on our world due to natural regeneration talents. On average a summon can spend maybe two weeks in our world before it needs to return for a few hours to it's own realm and usually does this while it's summoner is sleeping.

Basically unless she was her own summoner and could move to either dimension or at least a pocket dimension like the stones generate for them.

If I'm being rather obtuse on the subject it's because most of the details about the world are the other side of Rift's is unknown to the general public.
