Malakaus didn't survive eighteen years in Krumpus Bay by thinking that the tough gangster attitude worked on cops. He survived by playing [i]smart[/i], which means lawyering up and letting someone who actually knows how to fight a legal battle do it for him. Of course if it's just a regular shoot out, Malakaus will carry his weight. It really depends on how clean these cops are.
