Heya there. New to the guild but not high level simulation, this looks quite interesting. I'm [i][b][u]a bit[/u][/b][/i] of a history buff so this sounds like my thing.

If you're accepting claims, mine'd be a tough pick between Germany and Murica. I'd like to hear a bit more about specific mechanics before making a hard commitment though.
