We're mortal, not gods. I'd be worried if you weren't angry." When Julia got him the equipment she could get him, he was very ecstatic about the orbal fiber clothing, finding a place to change into the uniform immediately. When Gunter was dressed it in, he found it felt just as good as the stories told him: very maneuverable and extremely light. He put on his heavier grenadier armor over the uniform, and was now more confident in his survival chances. As for the ammunition, Gunter noticed the different types of ammunition his weapons could have, mostly the Dust Glade which was foreign to him. After a quick explanation, Gunter got the gist of what it could do. Only time will tell if the story was true or not. With the orb, Gunter looked at it questioningly but decided to slip it into his bracelet. He decided with his better protection he could afford to sacrifice a bit of the earth orb, and so Gunter rearranged his bracelet. He now had 3x Fire, 3x Air, 1x Lightning, and 1x water. Continuing onward into the wasteland, Gunter listened to Julia. A warzone? This place? He's seen much, much worse. So much so that Gunter muttered under his breath "Candyland compared to the hell my world is facing." However, he said much more loudly "Sounds to me by getting rid of the enforcers we will be doing this world a favor. Surprised there wasn't a rebellion that succeeded already." Gunter's thoughts, however, drifted toward how they were gonna deal with the enforcers. Let them come to them? No, the enforcers were stupid in their fight earlier but weren't that stupid. They will never attack the group when they would have the disadvantage. No, they needed to attack them right at home. Sure, it sounded suicidal but right now their options were limited and they needed to take out the enforcers as quickly as possible. This could also mean these "Higher-ups" Julia talked about. Eliminating them would help them succeed their mission if they were going to be hostile. Just as Gunter finished his thoughts he felt the earthquake and Julia started to run. He heard her shouts, and Gunter booked it. It was the right decision, for the worm popped out and dug back into the ground. Whew, that's a big one. Wait...shit! After Julia's explanation, Gunter shouted "Now I need a damn anti-tank launcher! I can tell already grenades will not dent it!" There was also no way for Gunter himself to reach that worm with his demo charges, so he began to distribute them to the more agile members of the group. Or those that can fly. Gunter was already running for cover as Julia attempted to defend against the thing. Acid burnt right through the shield, so Gunter knew he would have to just not get hit, or he was screwed. Thankfully, he had his full complement of air orbs, or what could count as such, for that extra mobility. Gunter quickly looked around the battlefield for anything he could use to combat the worm while Aeris flew upward and Ming did her attack, which didn't do diddly. "We're gonna have to stun the bastard first! No way we are going to be able to have the time for a coordinated attack without knocking him around silly. Look for the chink in the armor! Fucker should have one somewhere if it is this big!" Gunter acted just like the field officer he was, making sure everyone was ok as he prepped an Art. This one was from fire, and would increase attack strength. He didn't know who to give it to yet, but for now he was useless without something bigger than a grenade launcher. The grenade launcher was not precise enough for what they needed to do unless he was close, and he was not getting close to that thing. However, an idea popped up in Gunter's head. "Julia! You're able to teleport shit between worlds right? If you can, get the Empresses's live artillery from my world teleported right onto that thing and give him quite the pounding! I can send you a location if necessary! It just might stun him!" Gunter kept on the move so as to keep avoiding the monster until he had the real capability to fight.
