Josie stood near the security check, looking at her Instagram and admiring her own aesthetic. She was wearing a simple striped tee with flared linen pants that worked well with her long legs. [color=a187be]"Ok sweetie do you have all your bags?"[/color], her mom looked around her to make sure everything was in order. [color=f6989d]"Yea I think so..."[/color], Josie said without looking up from her phone. Her dad grabbed the phone from her hand, [color=662d91]"[i]Yes ma'am[/i]"[/color], her dad corrected Josie. [color=f6989d]"Yes ma'am I have my bags"[/color] Josie grumbled to her mom.

She tapped her foot, impatient to get going and trying not to make eye contact with her parents.[color=a187be]"Honey this is what's best for you, you're gonna get your life back on track don't worry. You're just too smart to throw it all away."[/color] her mom said, in hopes that she could get a response from Josephine. [color=662d91]"Yeah sweetheart, we need you to understand that we want you to succeed and your mother and I think that this camp is a step in the right direction."[/color] her dad added along in his deep southern voice.

Josie finally turned to face her parents, [color=f6989d]"Guys, modeling is a real career and I'm good at it! I should be in New York doing networking or photoshoots, not spending the summer in the woods."[/color] Just as her dad was about to say that it wasn't, Josie looked at the time and realized she was going to be late. [color=f6989d]"Oh well I gotta go guys! Don't wanna miss my exciting summer!"[/color] she said this sweetly but meaning to be sarcastic, and ran to security to catch her flight.

She landed in California, where a cab brought her to a bus stop where there was a swarm of other kids waiting to go to camp. Josie looked around and saw a lot of attractive faces and smiled to herself while raising one eyebrow. [i]Hmm maybe this will be interesting...[/i] The bus arrived and everyone boarded the sweltering bus. She noticed in particular a blonde sitting on the bus reading The Great Gatsby, but because there was already someone sitting next to him she passed him and fell into an open seat in the back.

The bus finally arrived at an actually gorgeous campsite. Josie thought, [color=f6989d]"It's not New York, but it would make for a great backdrop..."[/color] She recieved her envelope from the camp director and saw that apparently she was in the 'Hearts' cabin. She smiled to herself again as she saw the same blonde walking towards the Hearts cabins as well (althought not the Queen's but is still exciting for her). She walked in and dropped her things on a bed. She decided to go explore the campgrounds outside and saw a brunette looking around quietly, not making any moves to talk to anyone. Josie walked up to the girl and initiated conversation herself, [color=f6989d]"Hey, so I guess you're gonna be my roomate for the summer. I'm Josie." [/color]

She pulled out her phone again but this time opened to her camera and handed it to the girl.[color=f6989d]"Hey can you take a picture of me real quick? Maybe on the steps leading to the cabin."[/color] She hopped back up from the bed and headed there, waiting for the girl to snap some picutes of her. She sat on the steps and propped her elbow on her knee so that she looked pensive but efortless.
