She's hardly ever not in a sundress, in all honesty.  That Costume?  She very, very rarely puts it on.  Sundresses are just her thing.

As for the frock...Alex is an Epic Hero.  She's seen a lot weirder, been through weirder, and is incredibly jaded with looks.

I mean, when you've been around a guy like Nightmare....
