Teagan listened carefully. Alex might have been young, but she possessed a depth Teagan quite admired. Not that it was rare for young people today to be insightful and with wisdom well beyond their age. It's just that more often than not they allowed themselves to coast downstream, rather than paddle and steer their boat. But the path of least resistance was a path in its own right she supposed. A slow, soft smile stretched Teagan's lips. She was glad she didn't leave when she was about to. She observed Alex growing distant for a moment. A sigh. And then in a flurry of motion she was facing Teagan smiling that devilish smile of hers, extending her hand in invitation. Teagan's smile broadened, showing off her dimples. "Well..." She locked eyes with Alex's, taking the offered hand. "Generally I'm the one leading..." Her smile became crooked. "But I'm also flexible." She winked. "Lead on, m'lady!" [@Old Amsterdam]
