[@WXer] No offense to the rest, but this has been the funniest one yet. I was hoping for an eccentric to pop up. And this guy's probably as eccentric as you can get.

Even if I don't fully understand his quirk, I'm pretty it's as strange as he is. The only thing I got from it is that once he comes in physical contact with, either one's blood or an open would, he'll be able to show them...something. Probably illusions or hallucinations, but  the chances of me being wrong is kinda high. Enlighten me, pls?

And I lied, I just thought of another question. Number of portals he can open at a time? I'm guessing no hard limit since it might vary. Ranging from multiple small ones to a single massive portal.
