[@Scio] Thanks, it was fun writing an absurd villain that is hardly redeemable. And you did get it right, his quirk makes it so that he can basically make people go mad by touching their blood, and making them see things differently than what they really are. The fear illusions would probably vary for each individual since everyone has different fears.

As well, it just so happens that he's also the victim of his own quirk at all times.
