So instead of just saying anything within her line of sight, she has a fair range restriction for the scope of what she can make levitate. In a way, how she makes objects levitate would be somewhat similar to how Uraraka makes things float.

Floats around as in just a few inches/feet from the ground, right? As for her intangibility, maybe we can make everything solid just phase through her instead? It would be weird if she could phase through a wall, but not phase through an attack that would make use of that same wall. Everything else on the other hand, could probably work against her. Heat from flames, sheer cold, a noxious gas, or anything along those lines.
