In Sangue's dreams, the monster crawls quickly like an oversized cockroach would with its four legs, dragging its sharp tail behind it. The tail can stretch up to twenty feet and can bend flexibly. It sometimes appears when Sangue is away from her team or from those generally close to her, stalking her dreams. Only Mark Noxus knows of it at the moment.
