She has little capability for the casting of magic, but her body has been rebuilt with what her soul flourishes with; A body of steel, with blood of lightning. The best she can do is simple telekinetic cantrips, but being of the same stuff as her specializations does give her some unique opportunities when it comes to magical flair, but all of them will be focused inwards due to her lack of overt power. The insight to machines that comes with the instinct of metal helps in day to day situations, and she is always a bit quicker than expected due to the lightning in her veins. It starts with Penny slamming her fists together, causing runes to flare into existence across Penny's body. From there they start condensing on to her arms, covering them with a blazing glow that is reminiscent of a starry nebula. Then as she pulls her fists apart the color starts drain away from her, and the nearby area, leaving it flat and grey. Save for as a small scintillating blade comprised of every color that starts to form from one of her arms. Getting struck by that blade, or the glowing arm, brings forth the echo of every strike that Penny has landed and revisits the force of all of them on to her target in the same instant. Such an attack can’t be used without repercussion however; in addition to the incredibly exhausting nature of the attack, using it too often without proper rest will cause the attack to start tearing Penny apart, easily leading to her death if she is careless. It takes time for her body to recharge its reservoir, around twenty seconds or so, so she is unable to unleash a constant barge of such attacks but it does give her a potent ranged option. This system is discharged from her mouth. Engine of Destruction has a third variation that makes use of it's unique physiology. It can unleash a focused stream of lightning and sharpened steel shrapnel. It is a mid-ranged attack that it can hold for a several seconds and redirect easily. The trade off is after using this variant the recharge time is about three time longer. This system is not a magical attack and its power is based on her physical Vitality. It is imprinted deeply enough that the skill remain regardless of which state Penny is in. The issue is that to do any of this magic requires the right emotions to be present, thus Kyle has learned how to provoke the emotions out of people, he is better at drawing out the positive emotions from people then he is the negative ones, but is equally skilled at wielding all of them. The fact that he can always tell how a person is feeling helps him out a lot in this regard. [u]Weapon[/u]: A simple Magic Cane is the weapon of choice for Aurelio. It is pure white, except for the vibrant sapphire stone that is set in to the handle. despite its simple appearance it is rather sturdy and can be used as a club if needed. When channeling magic complex runes appear along the length of the cane, that help and augment the magic being cast. These clones can do nearly everything that Kyle can, with the exception being they have no magic of their own, nor can they duplicate themselves. Kyle has developed a simple way around one of these issues. when forming a clone he can infuse it with a mote of emotion, granting them the ability to use that emotion for empathic magic. Doing this has the side effect of changing the color of the clones clothes to one that matches the infused emotion, but otherwise his emoticlones function the same as any of his other duplicates. Any emotional energy infused in to a clones is lost when that clone is popped, but can be regained if they fuse back with Kyle. [u]Perks[/u]: A lot of perks require some elaboration. [i]Masculinity[/i]- One of the few, Kyle gets to stay as a guy for his life in the magical world. [i]Gifted[/i]- When it comes to emphatic magic Kyle is just a step beyond what would be expected of him, with his natural skill at it his clones are much more than they could be as he often infuses them with one emotion to augment them. He is also capable of causing feed back loops in emotions, making highs higher and lows lower, but it takes a lot of focus to do. [i]Eternal style[/i]- No matter the situation, waking up, just got dragged through the mud, just thrown through a dust fill warehouse, doesn't matter Kyle is always in pristine shape. Clothes are clean, and no smell or any other inconveniences. Plus he gets to summon free stylish outfits when ever he wants, makes dressing up a snap. [i]Awareness[/i]- When it comes to picking out the tiny details Kyle has a significant advantage, all of his senses are augmented to a supernatural level making it very hard to slip anything past him without the use of magic. [i]Enhanced transformation[/i]- Needing only a few moments Kyle can quickly don his outfit with little more than a thought. The fact that he is immune during the abridged transformation is just a welcome bonus, doesn't stop him from calling out his transformation sequence anyway however. Downside is that you have to go back to school. [i]Transportation[/i]- As a great support unit, Kyle has been granted accesses to the beacon teleportation network. He can always teleport to the local Beacon headquarters and can easily move between the various Beacon hideouts that they have set up. In a pinch he can even be teleported into a fight if back up is needed. It could be used as an extraction method as well, but his teleportation isn't hard to block off and takes a bit of time to set up. Thus making it practically useless in a fight. [u]Patron Drawbacks[/u]: [i]Excommunication[/i]- For siding with Beacon comes a few hard rules they will not tolerate being broken; No cooperating with Horrors, Dark Magical's, monsters, or the Mint. [u]Fighting Style[/u]: Going against Kyle is a rather frustrating experience, as on top of his seemingly purely defensive style he is actively trying to irritate you. As he dodges and weaves around attacks, never once does he stop talking. All the while he is drawing in to emotions that you are giving off and either feeding it to his clones so that they can lay in to you from a blind spot or so he can blast you in the face with it when you finally snap and try and tell him to shut up. Fighting along side Kyle is an enjoyable one, as he starts a positive feed back loop in his allies. Reinforcing and bolstering the good morale of everyone, both with good banter and buffs pulled from the positive atmosphere he builds. He functions best as a support unit, making his allies better while hampering his foes. There are several rules that must be followed but the twins refuse to divulge what they are directly. One can expect the usual rules at the very least to apply with the maximum of three wishes. It should also be noted that they do not have to grant every wish. However the more reasonable the wish the more likely they are to grant it. If you want something big you better be willing to earn it. Violet has come to be known as "The Blessing" as she more often grants the more positive wishes while Sakura has earned the title "The Curse" for graning the more twisted, negative effects. They aren't mutually exclusive though. And while the twins can grant some rather impressive wishes they don't always opt for the most grand or costly option. They are limited in the amount of mana they can expend before needing to rest after all. So if they find a loophole or cut a corner or two then they're just being smart about it. They also can't grant each others wishes. Those three were taken which resulted in their transformation. Eating can be mostly done for pleasure and a nap will sustain them for the day. Enhanced Weapon - Wishes are potent things thus the weapons granted by them tend to be idealized things. Fated - Fantastic cosmic power tends to carry a burden of some kind. They don't have the itty bitty living space, so instead they are tasked with some greater purpose. Whether they wanted it or not. Part of the terms they are now under, they must each grant a wish every three days. What wish and how they accomplish it does not matter. Absolute Direction - The trick that Djinn have used for ages to find people to grant wishes for. Also helps for finding lost keys and making sure you don't get trapped in the middle of the desert. Gifted - Were it not for their intuitive grasp of magic they would not have been capable of utilizing Wish magic. And despite their mortal standing they are surprisingly adept at wielding Wish magic, not to the same degree as a Djinn but better then one would have expected. Flexibility - Thankfully the Sisters don't have to live in a Lamp, but thier bodies are still mostly Djinn bodies. They can't turn in too smoke but their spines and joints seem to be made out of rubber. Closure - None of Ashly's wishes were poised to protect who she was. So, since she was a brat, Cafer removed the chance of her going back to her prior life. They wouldn't have been able to stay for long any way, fate has a plan for them after all. [u]Patron:[/u] Lesser Force - Ilum Djinn [u]Patron Benefits:[/u] Focused - Effectively transformed into Mini-Djinn, Sakura and Violet weild similar power to their patron. While not able to reach the same scale of wish granting, the direct guidence given assists them in not totally screwing up when attemptin to grant a wish. Payment - Having potentially limitless wealth,the girls receive coins rather easily as they perform their duties. So long as a wish is fulfilled is to thair patron's liking. Mental Link - Seeing as their patron usually stays in his vessel they don't often see him.That doesn't mean that they don't hear from him though. Since both are mentally linked to their patron he can be used as a conduit to mentally communicate with one another. This affords them excellent coordination and planning how best to approach a situation together. Mana Font - Actually granting wishes is costly in the mana department. Thankfully they are given some excess to get the job reasonably done. [u]Patron Drawbacks:[/u] Limited - Djinn are no gods. There are limits to their power and influence is usually local in scale. Alien Mind - As is customary, their patron's reasoning and goals are difficult to pin down. Usually more focused on individuals, there is no discernible end or target. Even with the mental link a Djinn's fickle nature confounds even the twins. Big Brother - Their patron keeps a close eye on those under him. They are after all drawing upon his power. And in some ways they are representatives carrying out his will. [u]Fighting Style:[/u] Fighting isn't one of the sisters talents, besides their magic tends to make others wary about fighting them as harming them is a good way to guarantee that any wishes granted with be as malicious as they can make them. Nevertheless there are some that will try to harm the sisters. In those situatations the Sisters fight more akin to dancers then anything. Violet with her twin blades fights as a dervish, always in motion, yet always just out of reach. Sakura on the other hand prefers to keep her distance with her paired chakram letting them act as a steel wind to keep foes at bay. Together they have a level of synchronicity that borders on the unreal, due to thier inhuman luck and mental link, they work together flawlessly. Lound and rambunctious Violet is often the one leading the twins in to new things. She has a habit of speaking before she thinks and can come off as bitch. Look beyond that and you'll find her magic is a soothing and kind sort. Sakura: Despite having the more lively colors and expression most of the time, Sakura is the more introverted and reserved of the two. A soft speaker she often needs to be spurred on by her sister to open up. Friend and foe need be wary though. Having been divided evenly means that though she is the gentler shy type, her magic tends the be harsher. Beware the quiet ones. [u]History:[/u] Ashley was the popular girl in school. A spoiled know-it-all, she didn't really regard others very highly. In her rebel stage she had a tendency to break the rules and during a field-trip to the museum she slipped into the back. Some new artifacts had been brought in. Not that Ashley cared much for that boring stuff, but while back there she knocked over a vase. The object didn't break but the carelessness awoke a sleeping being within. Suddenly confronted by a Djinn giving her a lecture she told him off. Like most people she didn't believe in magical beings. This was some kind of trick and she made sure that the thing in front of her knew it. Ticked off by the arrogant young girl the lesser force told Ashley that, in exchange for some service, she would be given three wishes. Rolling her eyes the girl dismissed the thing as a joke, accepting absently. Sufficient as an answer, the Djinn intended to make the girl regret her flippant attitude. Three wishes followed which were unsurprising for what little thought was put into them. 1. Power, 2. Servants, and 3.More wishes. Both knew that the wishes wouldn't really happen, at least not the way the girl hoped. Having just foolishly agreed on a contract each wish was granted in turn. In typical Djinn fashion though the wishes were turned on their head. For the first wish she was granted the power she desired as she was transformed into a magical girl For the second wish of servants, the Djinn split her soul, fulfilling the plurality of the wish and turning them into his servants. And for the third wish, the Djinn's own power to grant wishes was given to them, thus they would get more wishes as requests rather than being able to use them themselves. In failing to define the terms of service the newly minted twins were now subject to the Djinn's whim indefinitely. Since becoming magical girls the two have built an interesting following. Who wouldn't when you go around granting wishes? Due to the caliber and openended nature of the Djinn Sisters' magic their reputation proceeds them. Choosing to stay neutral everyone wants their assistance, but knows that dabbling with them may not turn out as intended. Once someone has used up their three wishes the girls tend to lose interest. He has been alive long enough to have reached a point where he can choose how he feel like acting in any and all regards. That being said he is very shrewd and loves to use peoples words against them mainly through twisting of the wishes he grants. He feels he is deserving of respect from everyone and anyone he meets, he is borderline arrogant in that aspect. [u]History:[/u] He is a Djinn, no one really knows much about them other then they have the power to grant wishes and like all the other Djinn out there Cafer isn't doing anything to enlighten the curios.
